However the data controller would like to inform you that if you fail to provide any of the compulsory information this Hospital will not be able to action commercial/contractual relations. If incorrect information is provided, the data controller will not be able to guarantee that the processing is congruous with the contractual agreements for which it has been carried out or that the results of the processing will correspond with the obligations imposed by fiscal and administrative regulations or with the work to which it refers.
